How do you maximize the number of owners who will vote?

How do you prevent voting fraud?

We apply a unique cryptographic signature that is virtually impossible to replicate to each submitted proxy/ballot. Moreover, we keep all of our unit owner data encrypted, use UID user authentication, and track network information.

How much preparation time do you require before launching a campaign?

Condonexus requires a minimum of 3 complete business days to process each of your digital and printed notice packages. It may be possible to launch campaigns with less processing time, but we cannot guarantee successfully launching notice packages with less than 3 business days of processing time.

Given that property managers may require processing time in between the submission deadline for Preliminary Notices and finalizing and submitting your Notice of Meeting package to Condonexus, we highly recommend you contact us a minimum of 45 days before the planned day of your meeting in order start setting up your notice campaigns to meet all minimum prescribed notice periods.

How do we provide Condonexus with the required documents for the digital campaign?

We believe that we provide the easiest and most stress-free process for getting meeting and voting information and documents from you over to us. We’ll provide you with intuitive form(s) to complete and once you’ve submitted them, you’ll get an email confirmation. You won’t believe how easy it is.

When is the latest I can make changes to the meeting & voting information and the owners list I provide you?

Please contact your account manager for any requests to change any of your submitted forms. Please be advised that Condonexus may be unable to make any changes to your forms after 24 hours past your initial submission. Based on the status of your campaign, we will make every effort to assist with your request.

When will you send out my budget package?

Condonexus requires a minimum of 3 complete business days to process your digital and printed budget packages. It may be possible to deliver your budget packages with less processing time, but we cannot guarantee successfully sending out your budget packages with less than 3 business days of processing time.

When will you send out my Preliminary Notice?

We highly recommend you schedule your Preliminary Notice delivery for a minimum of 40 days before the planned day of your meeting in order to i) meet the minimum prescribed notice period, and ii) provide buffer time for processing subsequent meeting notices and handling any unforeseen delays.

Condonexus requires a minimum of 3 complete business days to process your digital and printed Preliminary Notice packages. It may be possible to deliver your Preliminary Notice with less processing time, but we cannot guarantee successfully sending out your Preliminary Notice packages with less than 3 business days of processing time.

When will you sent out my Notice of Meeting?

We highly recommend you schedule your Notice of Meeting delivery for a minimum of 17 days before the planned day of your meeting in order to i) meet the minimum prescribed notice period, and ii) provide buffer time for handling any unforeseen delays.

Can I track the progress of my campaign while it’s live?

Yes, we allow our users to track all of your campaigns on our intuitive management dashboard. See voting tallies, which emails have been delivered, which emails are pending delivery, and which unit owners have submitted new eConsents.

How do I get the completed proxies or ballots?

All of your proxies and ballots can be downloaded with ease directly from your management dashboard.

Will you send reminder emails to unit owners for my condo’s online voting campaign?

Yes, we schedule reminder email campaigns that go out to unit owners who have yet to vote. We have crafted professional and compelling emails that are designed to convert unit owners into engaged voters and active community members.

What payment methods do you accept?

Customers can pay by cheque, all major credit cards or secure bank payment.
